Your TwinkleBranch™ includes the illuminated branch with built-in warm white LED lights and the components needed to power and display it. Decorative ornaments, bows, and ribbons are not included.

We’re excited to get your TwinkleBranch™ on its way to you! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery after shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, so please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery date, especially during the busy holiday season.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. This is completely normal as your package moves between shipping facilities and carriers.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has begun processing.

During periods of high holiday demand, carrier delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. We recommend ordering your TwinkleBranch™ early so you have plenty of time to set it up, decorate it your way, and enjoy the Christmas glow. 🎄✨

We want your TwinkleBranch™ to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us at twinklebranch2026@outlook.com within 3–5 days of delivery so our team can review the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect. This allows us to verify the problem and provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT: We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, no longer want the product, ordered by mistake, or simply decide the product is not right for you.

Requests submitted after the 3–5 day reporting window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, so we recommend inspecting your TwinkleBranch™ as soon as it arrives.

Once your request and supporting photos/videos have been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide you with the next steps. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response after contacting us.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To check your delivery status, head to the Track Order tab, enter your tracking number, and you'll see exactly where your Twinkle Branch™ is on its way to you.

One thing to make sure of before this goes live: that a "Track Order" tab actually exists on your site and works the way this describes. If customers enter their number and there's no working tracking page behind it, that creates support headaches — so confirm the tab is set up (many Shopify themes and tracking apps add one) and that it accepts the same tracking numbers you send in your confirmation emails. If your setup instead has people track through the carrier directly (USPS, etc.), tell me and I'll reword it to match.
